A cozy tea lounge now welcomes you in the entrance area and a comprehensive sauna area with Finnish sauna, organic aroma sauna and salt room with infrared loungers and floating loungers has been built.

Our swimming pool has also been given a makeover.

Prices are per person and night. Our seasons are as follows:

• 0-3 years: free of charge
• 4-11 years: € 40
• 12-15 years: € 50
• Extra bed from 16 years: € 65
• Dog (subject to availability): € 10 per night
• Garage (subject to availability): € 10 per night
• Carport (subject to availability): € 5 per night
• Surcharge for double room for single use: € 12-20 /night
• Surcharge for short stay 1 or 2 nights: € 10 p.p. /night
• Children's prices apply in parents' room with breakfast.

Tourist tax
The Oberstaufen tourist tax is not included in the room price. It is currently EUR 3.50 for adults and EUR 1.75 for children (born 2009 - 2018) per night.

Our hotel does not have a restaurant and we do not offer half board.

Check-In - Check-Out

Arrival is guaranteed from 2 pm. On the day of departure you can stay in your room until 11 am.

Payment - deposit

• All prices are per person, including VAT at the current rate. Prices in double rooms are valid for occupancy by two persons.
• A deposit for your stay is not necessary. You can pay for your stay on site in cash, by Maestro, VPay or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• If you do wish to pay a deposit, please transfer the desired amount to our account IBAN DE03 733 698 230 002 510 618 at Raiffeisenbank Westallgäu BIC GENODEF1WWA, stating your travel period and any names that differ from the account holder.

Cancellation
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival (except Christmas vacations and group bookings, 4 weeks). After that we reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the package price. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures. For financial security, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with our partner, Schiegg Assekuranz, conveniently online at www.reiserücktritt-online.de

Schrothkur

The following services are already included in the Schrothkur:

• Morning teas and pastries before the Schrothkur package

Not included are

• The spa doctor's fee. Billing is according to GOÄ. The initial examination costs approx. EUR 65.00

Feather pillows GANS
All our beds are fitted with cozy goose feather pillows filled with 85% feathers and 15% down as standard. These pillows in sizes 80x60 cm and 50x40 cm are fitted with Nomite cotton covers. Thanks to their fine woven pattern, they prevent skin flakes and mites from penetrating. This also makes them suitable for allergy sufferers. Medium support (2 out of 3).

SOFTBAUSCH fiber pillows
If you would like allergy-friendly polyester fiber filling, we can exchange your pillows accordingly. The fiber pillows have a cotton cover. Size 80x60 cm. Medium support (2 out of 3).

Neck support pillow MEDIFLEX
The pillow for individual firmness levels and optimum support for the cervical spine. The core consists of three different types of foam to regulate the height and firmness. The cover is made of quilted Tencel blended fabric. Firm support (3 out of 3). Ideal for back and side sleepers. Size 65x30 cm.

Natural pillow PURE COTTON
The pillowcase is made of cotton fine satin with an aloe vera finish. Filled with Merino pure new wool nubs and genuine Tyrolean stone pine flakes. The Swiss stone pine reduces the heart rate and therefore significantly improves the quality of sleep. Reduces sensitivity to the weather. Medium support (2 out of 3). Size 60x40 cm.

Natural cushion DINKEL-ZIRBE
The cushion cover is made of cotton fine fleece with an aloe vera finish. Filled with spelt husk and genuine Tyrolean stone pine flakes. The Swiss stone pine reduces the heart rate and thus increases the quality of sleep. Spelt has an additional pain-relieving effect due to its silicic acid, is breathable and promotes blood circulation. Medium support (2 out of 3). Size 60x40 cm.
