Yoga does not mean contorting yourself or doing an intensive workout. Rather, it means coming to yourself and discovering and developing your own inner strength.

We offer yoga twice a week free of charge under professional guidance. Of course, the yoga room is at your free disposal outside of the yoga classes.

When the weather is good, Mrs. Hartmann does not miss the opportunity to use our spacious park for Qi-Gong exercises.
